Altered Lens is the studio of Raymond Taiwe — a Johannesburg photographer working across theatre, live performance, and editorial portraiture.
The aim is small and specific: capture real moments with intention. Strong frames, clean light, considered composition — work that feels authentic, polished, and made for the people in it.
The studio takes on a limited number of brand and event assignments alongside its performance work — bringing the same documentary instinct to product, motorsport, and activations across South Africa.
